THE BEGINNING OF THE END is an AU Post-Potter roleplay. However, we are only AU in plot, not canon world, so you will still find the same creatures, laws of magic, etc. The variable that makes us AU is original characters and what changes that makes (ex. Ginny is married to an original character).
OUR PLOT evolves naturally from the activity of the members. If you want to do something, do it! We only ask that you develop it realistically (ex. New Dark Lords don't just suddenly become the big bad - they have to gain allies/affect the world one event at a time).
OUR CURRENT PLOT - After seven years, Giovanna Nero, the leader of the extremist blood purist group, Mortenero, now has control of the Ministry of Magic. It is now illegal for purebloods to marry and pro-create with non-purebloods. Some have been imprisoned for breaking this law already. The Order is trying to fight back politically. Meanwhile, Harry Potter (no longer the leader of the Order and currently on the run as a fugitive) is making his own group of renegades, going around saving people from injustices - muggle and magical alike.
Meanwhile, Hogwarts continues on. With Quidditch games, tournaments, clubs, classes and teenage hormones, it's easy to get distracted. And it's easier for others to join secret Dark Arts and rebellion groups within the castle walls.
